Mary Ann's Onion Dip

Postby Ag& Mary Ann Caldwell » Thu Feb 10, 2011 5:58 pm

Mary Ann's Onion Dip

1 1/2 Cup Onion - finely chopped ( sweet onion is preferred)
3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
4 Oz. Cream Cheese
1 Cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. Sugar

Mix Mayonnaise, cream cheese, sugar and Parmesan cheese. Stir in onion. Bake at 325 degrees 30 minutes or until the top is a bit golden brown and dip is bubbling a bit. Best served with Wheat Thins or similar cracker or chip. You can add more cheese if desired.

For the Florida rally, I used regular yellow onions and doubled the recipe.

Thanks, looks good to me. Wish we could have had it in Florida though.
