Shoe Peg Corn Salad

For those who requested the recipe:

1 can (11 oz) Shoe Peg corn, drained (white corn)
1 can (8.5 oz) tiny peas, drained
1 can (8.5 oz) french style green beans, drained
1 can (8.5 oz) yellow whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup green pepper, diced
1/2 cup red pepper, diced
1 cup white onion, diced

DRESSING:

1/2 - 1 cup sugar (I used 1/2 cup Splenda)
1/2 cup corn oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

Mix dressing, then add vegetables. Mix gently and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
