Butterscotch Desert

Base
1 cup flour
1/2 cup of margarine or butter
1 cup of chopped nuts (either pecans or walnuts)
Mix together and place in a 13x9x2" pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
Cool

2nd layer
8oz of cream cheese
1 cup of icing sugar
1 cup cool whip or dream whip (I use cool whip)
Mix well and spread on base

Third layer
Mix
2 cups of instsant butterscotch pudding
with
2 cups of milk
Beat with an electric beater on low spead for 2 minutes
Spread on 2nd layer

Spread cool whip/dream whip on top
Decorate with grated chocolate or nuts

Cover and place in freezer
Can be made several days ahead
Remove from freezer 1 hour before serving
